Returns or replacements are available for eligible delivery damage, wrong product, missing items or other eligible product-related issues. A continuous, uncut opening-box video is mandatory for eligible damage and replacement claims.

- Show the shipping package and shipping label clearly.
- Open the parcel while continuously recording.
- Show the complete watch and any issue clearly.

Once an eligible return is approved and the returned product is received and checked, the applicable refund will be processed within 7 days.
