📦 Return / Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Proper parcel opening video is mandatory as proof
🎥 Important Requirement
A clear parcel opening video is compulsory to claim any damage or defect. The video must be uncut and show the package being opened from start to finish.
🔁 Exchange Policy
If the product is found damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange only. The exchanged product will be the same item as originally ordered.
❌ No Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect selection by the customer.

- Used or damaged by customer
- Request raised after 2 days
