3. Check the Product Carefully: If you notice any damage that appears to have occurred during shipping, keep the complete opening-box video as proof.
4. Send the Video on WhatsApp: Send the complete opening-box video along with your order number to our ANZORO WhatsApp Support.
5. Verification: Our support team will review the video and verify the reported shipping damage.
6. Return or Replacement: If the shipping damage is confirmed, we will guide you through the eligible return, replacement or refund process according to our return policy.
